Fresco Painting

Fresco is an age-old method of painting directly onto fresh plaster. As the plaster dries, each brushstroke fuses permanently into the surface, resulting in a luminous, enduring finish.

Famous artists such as Michelangelo, who painted the Sistine Chapel ceiling, and Giotto, known for his work in the Scrovegni Chapel, utilized this remarkable technique.
